Challenge
A financial services firm in KL had accumulated thousands of internal policy documents. Staff were spending considerable time searching for guidance, and version inconsistencies were creating compliance uncertainty across departments.
Solution
Luminos designed an internal knowledge retrieval system using an enterprise LLM, with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) to surface accurate document passages. A security and access layer was configured before any documents were indexed.
Results
Staff reported finding relevant guidance significantly faster. Compliance queries that previously required escalation were handled independently. The system has been in use for over four months with minimal maintenance required.

A mid-sized retail brand wanted to explore AI-assisted copywriting for their campaign team, but leadership had concerns about brand voice consistency and the ethical implications of AI-generated content going out publicly.
Solution
We started with the Strategy & Governance engagement to clarify their risk thresholds and output review process. A governance policy was then drafted. This led to a follow-on custom application build once the leadership team felt comfortable with the framework.
Results
The brand now uses the tool for first-draft copy across three product lines. A human review step is embedded in the process. Campaign production timelines have shortened, while the editorial team reports they feel more, not less, in control of the final output.

Solution
Luminos conducted stakeholder interviews across six departments, mapped use cases against risk levels, and produced a 12-month AI adoption roadmap tailored to their regulatory context and client commitments. A leadership briefing concluded the engagement.
Results
The leadership team moved from uncertainty to a shared internal position within five weeks. Three of the prioritised use cases have since moved into active planning. The governance policy has been shared with clients as a demonstration of responsible practice.
